Our team will conduct a professional bike fitting and tour briefing at our depot in Cromwell before transferring you by shuttle to the trail head at Clyde, just 20 minutes away.

Be sure to explore a bit of historic Clyde before hopping on the bike!  Cycle alongside the crystal-clear waters of Lake Dunstan, and enjoy the spectacular views of Central Otago’s rugged beauty. The Lake Dunstan Trail delivers an experience that showcases stunning scenery, interesting trail features, vineyard country, historic sites, and charming townships.

On the trail, pass the Clyde Dam, a significant hydro-electric power station and a feat of engineering.  Then traverse up switchbacks and across the landmark Hugo Suspension Bridge as you head towards Bannockburn.  Majestic views of the hills and rocky outcrops will accompany you, and as you journey into Bannockburn you might choose to call in to Felton Road where many renowned wineries are located.
